About

The reason I can help you is because I've done the work on myself.

In 1999 I did my first self-help program. It was Dale Carnegie, and it showed me how much was hidden from my own view. Once that was uncovered I got more confident, more free, and a lot more powerful. I also dropped the story I'd been carrying that there was a ceiling on what I could do.

Since then I've done 70 seminars. I led them for Landmark for years, and I've taken what I could from Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar and anyone else with something true to say about being a human being. None of that's a qualification. It's time served, and nobody has ever asked me for a certificate after spending an hour with me.

Here's what all of it taught me. It's impossible to see yourself as you truly are. You need somebody you trust who can see the thing that's hidden from you, because the hidden thing is where your power goes.

Most of my clients are very good at what they do. They set a direction, they work, they get paid for it. Then three weeks later something more important shows up, and the word they gave their husband or their wife goes to the back of the line. Work pays you back the same day. A promise at home pays you nothing, so that's the direction the drift always runs. Most people take what 100% looks like, drop it to 70, and call it 100.

I'm not here to tell you something's wrong with you. Nothing is. There's a gap between what you said you'd do and what you're actually doing, and right now it's about five degrees wide. Close it while it's still five.

Bring me the thing you're going after.

Tell me what you're going after, and where you think you've stopped short of it. If I'm not the right person for the job, I'll tell you on that first call and I'll say why.
